Lunch is challenging when you are working from home as your time is limited to find a healthy choice that will help you make it through the rest of the day.

A nutritious lunch with fresh ingredients is one of the best things. I am a big fan of healthy lunch recipes that take minimal time to prepare that I can chow down on during a conference call. I like to take the timeless classics to the next level and if it is something the whole family will eat this is a bonus.
